Miley Cyrus' baby sister Noah's 16th birthday was not so sweet ... because it was ripped straight from "American Horror Story: Freak Show." It all went down at Beacher's Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel where Noah mingled with 'AHS' themed characters like the bearded lady, little people with lobster hands and of course ... Twisty, the murdering clown. Noah had Miley sing 'Happy Birthday' while older sister Brandi spun tunes.
